Sometimes a student will overwork themselves trying to maintain a schedule of more than thirty hours per week on MCAT review. MCAT review is a marathon, not a sprint. Make MCAT review part of a sustainable, balanced lifestyle so that it coexists happily with all the other parts of life. Make it a part of what you do, not all you do. Pace yourself. Don't let MCAT review take over your life.
